The Tulsa Oilers are seeking technically talented, dynamic dancers and promotional girls to join our organization for the 2026 Indoor Football League season. The dance and promo teams serve as ambassadors for the organization and hosts of the game day experience. Our goal is to find organized, professional, energetic, and personable individuals who share a team-player attitude. Applicants must be 18 years of age by March 29, 2026.

Gold Squad Dance Auditions
Video auditions are available by request, with instructions to be sent by email. Walk-in auditions will not be accepted. Auditions are closed to the public.
Applications Due: Thursday, January 22, 2026, by midnight
Dance Auditions: Saturday, January 24, 2026, check-in 11:30 AM at Genesis Health Clubs - Woodland Hills (6612 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74133)

Choreography Round/Cuts - taught at the final prep class (January 22)

Emphasis on following the choreography the way it is taught, strong kick technique, posture, energy, and showmanship

Solo Round - 45-60 second dynamic solo with original choreography to the song of your choice, showcasing your best technique and dance style

Cut music may be submitted by email, and must include your name and the name of the song in the file name

Spotify or YouTube link may be submitted, but will start when the song begins and cut off at the 60-second mark

Music should be submitted by email no later than Thursday, January 22, 2026, by midnight

Interview Round - conducted the following week at the Tulsa Oilers offices
What to wear:

Saturday for dancers: form-fitting, two-piece dance attire of your choice (bra top and shorts)

Skin-tone tights or pantyhose

Appropriate dance shoes or athletic shoes

Full game day hair and makeup

No jewelry/piercings other than wedding bands or stud earrings

Tattoos must be covered
