Sanders makes his way to Tulsa having come off of the 2022 season with the Bismark Bucks of the IFL where he played five games, producing 481 passing yards and five touchdowns through the air while rushing for 117 yards with eight touchdowns on the ground.

Prior to his time with the Bucks, the new Oilers offensive threat was with the Southwest Kansas Storm of the CIF. The 6'1, 185 lbs. QB finished last season playing seven games with the Storm, putting up 607 yards on 58 completions, averaging 86.7 yards per game through the air and 5.4 yards per completion. The Boston, Massachusetts native finished last year in the CIF with a 120.1 efficiency rating and 15 passing touchdowns. The former Storm quarterback also rushed for 201 yards and 5 touchdowns on the ground.
