Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa Oilers Football, a proud member of the IFL and powered by Community Care, announced the addition of Marshall Hart to their Football Operations staff as the team's Director of Player Personnel.
Hart, is a veteran of the Indoor Football League, coaching with the Spokane Empire, Nebraska Danger, Iowa Barnstormers, and Spokane Shock before serving as director of player personnel for the Tucson Sugar Skulls.
The new Oilers' Director of Player Personnel has coached six offensive linemen who advanced to the NFL, CFL, XFL or USFL. He is the head football coach at Northwest Christian High School in Colbert, Washington, where he has led the program to five state playoff appearances, including two semifinals and three quarterfinals.
In 2023, he was honored as NE2B Coach of the Year, WSFCA District 7 Coach of the Year and SBLive Washington 2B State Coach of the Year.
Hart lives in Spokane, Washington, with his family.
